Items & categories

1. 1Menu → add items with name, price, category, tax setting, and a photo.

Modifiers

Modifier groups (Size, Temperature, Toppings…) attach to items with min/max choices and price deltas. Choices can reveal follow-up groups (pick Burger → pick a side → pick the side's sauce).

Quick prefixes (No, Lite, Extra, Sub, On Side…) build special instructions one line per prefix — “NO onions”, “LITE sauce” — and print exactly that way.

Allergens & tags

Mark items with allergens (peanut, shellfish, gluten…) — they badge on tiles and carry to tickets. Special tags (spicy, vegan, new) show on tiles and the online menu.

Availability

Menu schedule (dayparts) shows breakfast items at breakfast — off-schedule items dim at the register but staff can still ring them.

86 an item from the register or menu; stock-tracked items sell down automatically.

Favorites pages pin your top sellers to amber quick tabs at the register.
