The register (counter service)
Ring items, take payment, and keep the line moving.
Ringing items
- 1Tap a product tile to add it to the cart — tiles show your item photo (or initials), price, and stock.
- 2Use the category tabs (and amber Favorites pages) across the top to jump menus.
- 3Type in the search box to find any item by name.
- 4Need several? Tap Qty, type a number, then tap the item — it rings that many.

Long-hold a tile for the item sheet: one-time price change, discount, a kitchen note, or 86 it.
Open items & custom amounts
Tap Open Item and choose a type (like Open Food or Open Liquor — you define these in settings), enter the price, and it rings with the right tax treatment.
Quick keys let you ring common amounts in one tap.
Editing a cart line
- 1Tap the line in the cart.
- 2Change quantity with + / −, re-pick modifiers, add a note, or discount it (discounts can require a manager PIN).
- 3Tap the price on a line to comp it or set a one-time price.
Taking payment
Cash: enter the tendered amount — change due is computed, the drawer kicks (if configured), and cash rounding applies if you've turned it on.
Card: tap Charge — the sale goes to your card reader. Split tender, Phone order (typed card), Card on file, and Gift card all live on the charge screen.
Every sale can print, email, or text a receipt, and the customer display can ask for tip, rating, and receipt choice.
86 mode & stock
Tap 86, then tap tiles to mark items sold out (tap again to bring them back). Sold-out tiles grey out everywhere, including online ordering.
Items with tracked stock show on-hand counts and decrement automatically as they sell.
